Brian amd Tammy were great! When scheduling at the last minute was looking to be a problem for my work the next day, Tammy offered for us to bring the car down the night before and organized us to pick up a rental that night - free of charge! Brian understood how concerned we were about the problem and was still there waiting when we dropped of the car and was able to hear the noise in question. Marty waited on me. He was exceptional in every way. He offered the shuttle instead of me walking. Told me about the coffee bar and the new cafe, which I did purchase food. The waiting room is great. He explained my options for service for the malfuntion light issue. He offered me a rental car when it is serviced. Our car buying experience was a little different than our past purchases. We are out of state and never actually visited the showroom. We test drove a similar vehicle at the dealership in our town. To be honest that dealership lost the sale, no follow through and we really got the feeling they could take it or leave it in regards to our purchase. We knew exactly what we wanted and went out of our comfort zone to get it. We found the exact car online and although there was some concern about buying the vehicle from out of state, we were pleasantly surprised at how convenient, efficient and hassle free the process was. My 2005 Passat TDI was subject to a glow plug/software recall. We had alternate transportation and didn't request a loaner vehicle. Dave was extremely helpful in coordinating the repair and was able to recommend other routine service work while the car was disassembled, saving us future costs. Micah did an outstanding job reinstalling various engine hardware items and shrouds. In about 120 miles of driving, the car has run well with no evidence of leaks.

I was very happy with the staff that I met through out the sales process. Edison Cowing was very personable and good with follow through. Most of all he listened and did not talk as much as other sales people I have met who start to get on my nerves. His power will be that he is unasumming honest and the customer will feel comfortable with him at the start. He will make for a good salesperson. If he did not have an answer he followed up. Sean Gilpatrick was often the follow up. I found him very knowlegeable about the vehicle and also very personable. He got right back to me on my emails and kept in touch throught the process. The paper work went fine and easy. James LeClerc made the finacing effortless compared with the laborous paper suffling got with my own local bank when I asked them for a car loan which in the end was not worth it. This is the second car I have purchased from you. My first was with Steve Waite. To quote a line from Arnold Schwartzenegger; " I'LL BE BACK."
